Last updated: 23 May 2026.

1. Accessibility commitment

Jesica Benitez Cabrera is committed to making her website psicomaterna.es accessible in line with Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications — voluntarily applied to this site — and with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the harmonised standard EN 301 549.

The target level is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 of the W3C, at level AA.

2. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA due to the exceptions and lack of conformity set out below. The assessment has been carried out as a self-evaluation; no independent third-party audit has been performed yet.

Measures taken: semantic page structure (headings, landmarks and accessible links), full keyboard navigation, alt text on informative images, reviewed colour contrast, multilingual support (català, español, English) with the correct language attribute on each page, and a "Skip to main content" link on every view.

3. Non-accessible content and known limitations

Some content may not be fully accessible for the following reasons:

· The site has not yet been audited by an independent third party; undetected issues may exist, especially in interactive components.

· Some long-form text may require further adjustments to readability or visual hierarchy.

· Links to external services (Instagram, WhatsApp) open third-party sites whose accessibility we cannot guarantee.

4. Communication channel and request for accessible information

If you find accessibility barriers on this site, need the content in an alternative format, or want to lodge a complaint, you can write to jesica@psicomaterna.es indicating the page or content affected and, if you wish, a suggested improvement.

Acknowledgement: we will confirm receipt of your communication within a maximum of 15 calendar days and inform you of the expected timeframe for a response or correction.

As an alternative means of contact with the site owner you can also use the phone number +34 684 76 56 77.

5. Complaint procedure

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, you consider that it has not been handled adequately, you may lodge a complaint to know and challenge the reasons for the rejection, request the adoption of appropriate measures, or set out the reasons why you believe the response does not comply with the applicable rules, in line with Article 13 of Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018.

6. Date of approval and review

This statement has been prepared by self-assessment on the date shown at the beginning of the document and will be reviewed at least once a year or whenever significant changes are made to the site.
