How it works

A space designed to walk alongside you in a close, safe, and personalised way.

Sessions are online, so you can receive psychological support from a comfortable and safe place for you, wherever you are. My way of working is close, practical, and personalised. I don't believe in rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all processes. Every woman arrives with a different story, experiences, and needs, and therapy adapts to that.

How to start

A simple process that respects your pace.

  1. Free 20-min call

We meet, you briefly tell me what you're going through, and you ask any questions — no commitment.

  2. First session

A 60-minute video session to understand what you need and map out the path together.

  3. Ongoing support

Sessions that adapt to your pace, until you feel held and supported.

Free · 20 min · no commitment
Free assessment call

Before we start, I offer a free, no-commitment assessment call of about 20 minutes. It's a first space for us to meet, so you can briefly tell me what you're going through and ask any questions about how I work, without pressure and without commitment to begin therapy. Taking the first step can be hard. That's why I want you to be able to feel whether this space is the right fit for you before starting.

First session

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and understand what you're going through right now. We'll talk about:

  • What's worrying you
  • How you're feeling
  • What is being hardest for you
  • What you need right now
  • What goals you'd like to work on in therapy

You'll also be able to ask any questions about the therapeutic process, and we'll see together how I can help you. You don't need to come "knowing how to explain yourself perfectly". Often, starting is simply being able to put into words what you've been carrying alone for a long time.

What sessions look like

Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and take place by video call. I work from an integrative perspective, using evidence-based tools such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Emotional regulation and attachment

Always adapting the process to where you are in life and what you need. My goal isn't only for you to have a space where you can let things out, but to help you understand what's happening to you and give you tools that can support you in your day-to-day.

Respectful, non-judgemental companionship

Many women come to therapy thinking they "should be able to manage on their own", that they're exaggerating, or that they don't have the right to feel the way they do. In this space you don't need to justify how you feel. Therapy can help you understand what's happening to you, hold this stage emotionally, and live it with more calm, safety, and compassion towards yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you take the first step.

The sessions

What are online sessions like?

Sessions are held by video call on a secure platform, from wherever you feel comfortable. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What platform do you use for video calls?

I work with Google Meet — a platform that meets the privacy standards needed for clinical sessions. I send you the link by email before each session; you don't need to install anything.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your situation and what you want to work on. The frequency adapts to your situation as we progress.

What language can we have the session in?

I work in English, Spanish and Catalan. You can choose the language you feel most comfortable in to talk about what you're going through.

Can I attend a session with my baby?

Of course. Many postpartum sessions take place with the baby in arms, sleeping or feeding. It's a space adapted to the reality of motherhood, not to an idea of how it 'should' look.

Do you support women outside Spain?

Yes — sessions are 100% online, so I can support you wherever you are. You only need a good connection and a quiet space.

Getting started & first contact

Do I need to have things figured out before I start?

No. Many women arrive not knowing 'how to explain themselves'. You only need to feel that something inside you needs a space to be heard. We'll figure the rest out together.

Is the assessment call really free?

Yes. It's 20 minutes at no cost and with no commitment. It's a first space for us to meet before you decide whether to start therapy with me.

Can I message you on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp is the easiest way to ask questions, request information and book your first session or the free 20-minute call. It is not a space for clinical consultation: that's something we work on in session, in a safe and confidential setting.

How quickly do you reply to messages?

I reply personally during consultation hours, Monday to Friday. It is not an instant-response service, so it may take me a few hours to get back to you. Thank you for your patience.

What should I do in an emergency or crisis?

Therapy is not an emergency service. If you are in a crisis or emergency situation, call your local emergency number (112 in Spain and the EU) or a suicide-prevention line (024 in Spain), available 24 hours a day.

Fees, payment & cancellations

How is payment made?

By bank transfer or Bizum, before each session. For the pack of 3 sessions, payment is made upfront when the pack is confirmed.

Do you issue an invoice? Is therapy covered by health insurance?

I work in private practice and am not directly contracted with health insurers. I do issue an invoice so you can request reimbursement from your health insurance if your policy includes out-of-network psychology. Some Spanish health insurers (Adeslas, Sanitas, DKV, ASISA) partially reimburse out-of-network psychology: I recommend checking with your insurer before we start.

What if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance; in that case we reschedule at no cost. Cancellations with less notice are charged at 50% of the session fee. I understand that motherhood brings unexpected situations (a medical emergency or a baby's hospitalisation, for example); in those cases no charge applies.

Does the pack of 3 sessions expire?

Yes. The pack of 3 sessions can be used at your own pace within 12 months of purchase; after that period, any unused sessions are non-refundable.
