Cookies policy

A cookie is a small text file that a website installs on your device when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to work properly or, in some cases, collect information about your browsing.

psicomaterna.es does not set analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking cookies, and no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or similar tools are used. The site does use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless audience-measurement tool: it sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, builds no profiles, does not track your browsing across websites and does not use fingerprinting. It is therefore exempt from the prior-consent requirement under Article 22.2 of Spanish LSSI-CE and the AEPD Cookies Guide. The site also keeps an anonymous count of clicks on its buttons and links (contact, navigation, language and similar): it records only which type of button or link was clicked, where on the site and on which page, the language, the country, the device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and a general category of where the visit came from (search engine, social network, directory, direct or other), without keeping the referring page, with no cookies, nothing stored on your device and no IP address or identifier retained, so no click can be linked to a person or to another visit. This count likewise needs no prior consent and is carried out by Cloudflare on the site's own infrastructure.

The site may exclusively use cookies or technologies strictly necessary for it to function (for example, to keep your language preference or to ensure safe browsing). These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of Spanish LSSI-CE and the AEPD Cookies Guide.

Typefaces are loaded locally from the site's own domain, so no calls are made to third-party services (such as Google Fonts) that could set cookies or trigger international transfers.

If, in the future, services that do require consent are added (cookie-based analytics, embedded video, social-media or advertising services), this policy will be updated and a consent-management system will be introduced in line with Articles 6 and 7 of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE, requesting your prior consent and allowing you to configure each category.

Links to Instagram and WhatsApp do not install cookies on this site: they only become active when you click on them and access those platforms, which have their own policies.
